Since 2005, Grace Ng Rahmé has successfully represented a broad range of clients and properties, from first-time homebuyers to seasoned investors and from gut rehabs to new developments. With an impressive variety of skills acquired while putting herself through undergrad and law school, clients find Grace’s holistic approach to real estate invaluable and describe her as knowledgeable, honest, and possess strong communication skills. Buyers benefit from Grace’s local expertise and insight into properties and neighborhoods that balance quality of life with a strong return on investment. Owners entrust Grace with advising on whether to rent or sell and value her ability to acquire the highest price per square foot in class even in challenging market conditions. It’s no surprise that the majority of Grace's clients are referrals.
Born Singaporean, raised Californian, and a Brooklyner by choice, Grace currently resides in a townhome in Bay Ridge that she and her husband and business partner, Fouad Rahmé, designed and gut renovated. While she has built a reputation for setting records in emerging neighborhoods like Crown Heights and assisting buyers in finding the best value throughout all five boroughs, as a former decade-long Carroll Gardens resident, Grace has a thorough knowledge of the downtown Brooklyn and surrounding areas and also loves sharing all that Bay Ridge has to offer. With experience investing in real estate on a global level, clients looking outside of NYC rely on Grace as a trusted real estate adviser who can connect them with the appropriate local agencies and help streamline the complex process.
Valuing opportunities to create positive social impact, Grace leads children in neighborhood cleanup initiatives, volunteers as a yoga instructor and mindfulness coach in her community, and serves as a board member of various non-profits, including the Institute for Conscious Global Change, a tech-based NGO with special consultative status to the United Nations. Grace’s fundraising efforts include organizing a 5K walk for the Earth Citizens Organization and running the Brooklyn Half marathon for Team for Kids. Living a holistic lifestyle and spending time with her children is important to Grace, so she creates time for activities with her family that include cooking, playing piano, skiing, SCUBA diving, musical theater, and exploring parks and restaurants in different neighborhoods. As an international family who loves to travel and experience all cultures, English, German, and Mandarin are regularly spoken in the Rahmé home, along with the occasional Lebanese and French.
Grace is fluent in English, conversant in Mandarin Chinese, and is a Co-Founder of the Rahmé Team. Formerly a licensed attorney in New York and New Jersey, Grace has retired and now only practices law on a pro bono basis.
