Grace Ng Rahmé is the co-founder of The Rahmé Team at Compass, where she works alongside her husband and business partner, Fouad Rahmé. Together, they’ve closed nearly $800 million in career sales, including over $90 million in just the last 3 years. Under their leadership, the team ranks in the top 1.5% of agents nationwide by Real Trends and The Wall Street Journal.
Since 2005, Grace has represented a wide range of clients—from first-time buyers to seasoned investors—and a diverse mix of properties, including new developments, gut renovations, condos, townhouses, and multi-families. Her approach is strategic, grounded, and deeply informed by her background in law and global real estate investing. Clients describe her as knowledgeable, honest, and exceptionally communicative.
Buyers lean on Grace’s market insight and her ability to identify homes that balance quality of life with long-term value. Sellers trust her to advise on everything from pricing to rent-vs-sell strategies—and consistently credit her with achieving top-dollar results, even in shifting market conditions. Much of her business comes from repeat clients and referrals, a reflection of her thoughtful guidance and strong relationships.
Born in Singapore, raised in California, and a proud Brooklynite by choice, Grace lives in a fully renovated Bay Ridge townhouse she designed with Fouad. A former Carroll Gardens resident for over a decade, she knows downtown Brooklyn and its surrounding neighborhoods inside and out. She also has a track record of setting pricing records in emerging areas like Crown Heights and helping buyers uncover value across all five boroughs.
Grace has also helped clients navigate real estate purchases beyond NYC. As a global investor herself, she regularly supports clients with referrals, connections, and strategic insight on out-of-state and international transactions.
Before real estate, Grace put herself through college and law school, eventually becoming a licensed attorney in New York and New Jersey. Though now retired from practicing law full-time, she continues to offer pro bono support when the right opportunity arises.
Community engagement is a central part of her life. Grace volunteers as a yoga instructor and mindfulness coach, leads neighborhood cleanups with her children, and serves on the boards of nonprofits like the Institute for Conscious Global Change, a tech-based NGO with consultative status to the United Nations. She’s also organized local fundraisers and completed the Brooklyn Half Marathon for Team for Kids.
At home, Grace and Fouad raise their two children in a multilingual, multicultural environment—often speaking English, German, and Mandarin, with some Lebanese and French in the mix. They love to travel, cook, explore New York’s parks and restaurants, and spend time skiing, scuba diving, or enjoying the arts as a family.
Thinking about buying, selling, or investing in NYC real estate? Grace brings a calm, experienced voice to what can be a chaotic process—offering clear guidance, sharp strategy, and a deep understanding of how to make real estate work for your lifestyle and long-term goals.
