Fouad specializes in Brooklyn real estate, with a focus on townhouses, brownstones, condos, co-ops, new developments, and investment sales. Whether representing a seller in Park Slope, an investor in Bed-Stuy, or a buyer searching in Crown Heights, he brings a sharp, data-driven approach to every transaction across Crown Heights, Bedford-Stuyvesant, Prospect Heights, Park Slope, Bay Ridge, and Clinton Hill, and the surrounding neighborhoods.

He began his real estate career in 2003, later expanding into Brooklyn to launch new development and resale divisions. In 2015, he founded his own firm focused on ground-up projects and investment sales before joining Compass to leverage the platform's technology and marketing for even greater impact.

Born in the U.S. and raised across Europe and the Middle East, Fouad is fluent in English and German, and conversant in Arabic and French. Coming from a family of real estate developers and engineers, he brings a unique lens into both lifestyle and investment-driven real estate.

Known for being direct, strategic, and highly responsive, Fouad works with everyone from first-time buyers to seasoned developers, providing full-service guidance from acquisition through closing.

He lives in Bay Ridge, Brooklyn, with his wife, Grace, and their two children. Outside of real estate, he enjoys skiing, scuba diving, horseback riding, and international travel.
